| ABOUT US: The Eagle River Foundation was created from the sale of the Eagle Medical Clinic to Valley View Hospital in 2000. The Eagle Medical Clinic Board was composed of a group of Eagle citizens who had organized to bring medical services to Eagle in 1962. After many years of operation with medical services being contracted to Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, the Clinic was sold to Valley View Hospital. The Clinic Board used the funds from this sale to establish the Eagle River Foundation. |

MISSION STATEMENT: To cooperatively work with the communities of Western Eagle County by initiating or financially supporting non-profit projects which promote the safety, well-being, and environment of the people within the area.
